Jennine Redick

BSN, RN, CMSRN, CHPN
Jennine was born in Homer, raised in Anchorage, and went as far away as she could for her first undergraduate degree, initially attending Barnard College in NYC. She moved to Chicago and then Seattle (where she finally graduated with degrees in History and English) before returning to Alaska with her husband to raise their family.

After working in education and as a parent/professional volunteer, she returned to college and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alaska. She immediately began pursuing her interest in palliative and end of life care, initially within the context of inpatient oncology. She loves working with palliative care patients and their families, and she truly believes it is a great privilege to be present in her patients’ lives during times of such emotion and meaning.

When she isn’t working, Jennine loves to read, spend time with family, and dream about travel destinations. In the summer, she can often be found with her husband in their “happy place” – a 13’ Scamp trailer – as close to the mountains as they can get.
