Katie Good joined the Providence Palliative Care Department in 2019. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in 2014. She completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Residency followed by Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at University of Chicago. She has special interest in primary palliative care, pediatric palliative care and palliative care for patients with cancer. She plans to join and help grow the outpatient palliative care program at Providence beginning in early 2020.
Katie is originally from Richmond, VA. Her husband, Brandon, is an ENT physician at ANMC. They enjoy the diversity of outdoor activities that Alaska has to offer including hiking, biking, skiing and fishing. They are expecting a baby in the fall of 2019 and are looking forward to going on all sorts of Alaskan adventures as a family of three.
